Who we are

AVS Forge is a trading name of Mostly Deaf Studios LLC, based in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. If you have a question about your information, email avs.forge@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you use the quote form or the free listing review form, we get your name, your company, your email address, the product or listing link, your message, the tier you picked, and the page you sent it from. If you email us, we keep the email.
  • The spam check. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It runs in your browser when you use a form, and Cloudflare processes information about your browser and connection to do it.
  • Visits. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
  • Hosting. Cloudflare hosts this site and handles technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site.
  • Payments. Deposits are paid through Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details under its own privacy policy, and we never see your card or bank details.

What we do with it

We use what you send to reply to you, to prepare the review or quote you asked for, and to carry out any project we agree. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

Form submissions go to a Google Form and its linked Google Sheet, and we reply from Gmail. Payment records are kept by Stripe. These companies process the information on our behalf.

Cookies

Our pages set no cookies, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies. While you send a form, your browser keeps a copy of what you typed for that tab only, so the form can be filled in again if something goes wrong. It is removed once the form is sent.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to carry out any project that follows, and we delete them sooner if you ask.
