What can change the price
Additions, extra steps, custom 3D models and product variations can increase the price. We'll tell you exactly what's included before you pay anything.
How payment works
A 50% deposit starts your project, and the balance is due on delivery. Pay by card or US bank transfer (ACH).

What files do you need?
CAD or STEP files work best. If you don't have them, send your current paper manual and clear product photos.
Where can we use the film?
In three places: your listing's video slot, your post-purchase email and your support team's macro replies, with a clip for every step.
How long does a film take?
It depends on part count and complexity. You'll get a date with your quote.
What do we get?
An HD MP4 film (4K on request), a clip for every step, a caption file and a publishing pack: title, description with chapter timestamps, and tags.
